The joint hearing held by Judges Thelton Henderson and Lawrence Karlton will be held in Sacramento on June 27, 2007.

Watch here for exact address, it will most likely be in Judge Karlton's courtroom. This historic hearing will determine whether or not a prison cap will be imposed to limit the number of prisoners. This will impact every aspect of prison reform.

A crowd is needed. Start filling up your car so we can prove to the Judges that somebody IS "up in arms over prisoners." That somebody needs to be you! More to come on this

Sentencing Reform - Supreme Court Opinion -California has unconstitutionally sentenced 54,000 prisoners during the last 30 years.
