Lawmakers need to wise up.. We, the voters, want SMART on CRIME policies. Tough on Crime results in recidivism and unsafe communities. This costs billions and has destroyed us.

What we want the legislators to do:

Restore Packages from home and all unlawful cuts of personal property which will result in riots. Vendor packages are a rip-off.

Restore Four Day Visits - 30,000 children, mentally ill and families are suffering. Legal cases are impaired. Visits are too short. Death row has only 13 cages for visits for 650 families, those in ad seg at most prisons must share three windows.

Allow the media back inside prisons and jails taxpayer financed institutions. The public has a right to know what they are buying.

End State Murder by Medical Neglect. Stop disease epidemics now. Provide more and healthier food. Decent dental care is needed now.

Prison Health is Public Health

Release the terminally ill now! Give transplants to inmates or release them so they can get one!

Stop punishing, prosecuting and executing the mentally ill and addicts - begin prevention and healing. Stop destruction of people with our taxpayer dollars. Rehabilitate don't debilitate.

Declare a Moratorium on the Death Penalty The system is corrupt arrest through parole. Executing and torturing the mentally ill benefits no one.

Begin Sanity in Sentencing and fairer parole laws. Remove Susan Fisher from the BPOT now.
The Torture  Buck Stops Here!  No Torture at home or abroad of Prisoners!

Stop the increase in restitution. Prisoner families are Innocent Crime Victims too, not a CDC profit center

End excessive lockdowns and SHU housing which cause mental illness.

We demand immediate release and alternative sentencing of non violent inmates, a waste of taxpayer dollars and a non solution to crime.

End slave labor to the State, it's costing jobs

A crowd is needed to show the legislators that we, the voters of California think the present prison system is ineffective, cruel and unusual, and doing nothing to reduce crime.  This means YOU.

Massive Budget Cuts affect every California inmate! This rally is so important, you must attend. Bring every member of your family! Only Crowds are heard!

If you have an inmate inside, showing a crowd to prove our intelligence and ability to organize is YOUR personal responsibility

The politicians are convinced we are too uneducated to organize a large enough voting group. They must see us out their windows in mass in ONE united coalition group before we will be taken seriously as a movement.

3 million people are connected to California State Prisoners alone. Our size only matters if everyone is moving together and writing, picketing, suing and VOTING. We outnumber everyone. Why are we tolerating this oppression?

6500 ACTIVE WORKERS can change any law, less than that cannot. Build it or lose. The UNION is 6 years old. We grow forward but need your help.
